Apple Updates iWork, Garageband, And iMovie, Introduces iPhoto For New iPad
A new version of iPhoto for iPad has just been announced, with support to multi-gesture editing for photos, and interesting new features like photo comparison for photos up to 19 mega pixels.
The announcement also holds some great updates for iWork, Garageband and iMovie, adding support for 4 people to jam together with Garageband and advanced planning and editing for videos with iMovie.
The “reinvention” of the iconic photo software will be available today for $4.99, and offers a plethora of features, such as bezel gestures, effects, multi-touch editing and direct beaming.
Garageband, Apple’s venerable music-creation software also saw an update today. The app now features Smart Strings, Note editor, and iCloud integration, all at the same $4.99 price point for new customers. It’s a free update if you already own the app.
