Hiba Kawas Biography and Photo Gallery

Hiba Kawas was born in the city of Saida, south of Lebanon on 17 July 1972. She is a famous Operatic singer and known as Heba Al Kawas. Hiba Kawas has done graduation in experimental sciences and bachelor degree in clinical psychology from Lebanese University. Hiba Kawas has completed her master degree in Operatic Chant, music composition and studies in Musicology with high distinction from Lebanese National Higher Conservatory.

Hiba Kawas did high studies in Opera Singing with the famous Tenor, Composition, and Carlo Bergonzi with Maestro Franco Donatoni. Hiba was distinctive woman as she was awarded a scholarship from the Academia di Chiggiana di Sienna in Italy.

She is doing job as a professor at the Lebanese University and she is also working as Academic & Music Coordinator at the “Teachers Training College for Music” in Beirut. She is the member of High National Committee of Music at UNESCO. Hiba Kawas is the member of the board at the Lebanese National Higher Conservatory and a professor of Opera Chant at this time.
