How To Conceal Under Eye Circles

These can be seasonal (allergy or sun related), hereditary, hormonal (more likely to appear during time period or pregnancy) or you may be really tired. If you’re afflicted with dark circles, you want to hide them or less bright very fast, right?

Apply the concealer with a small, pointed brush (you’ll be less likely to lay it on too thick), and blend only on the dark areas. Don’t forget the inner corners of your eyes. Dot concealer over your lids, too, to brighten the whole eye area.

Identify dark areas only. You’ll get a raccoon look when you conceal areas that aren’t dark. So be careful.

Let the concealer sit on your skin for a few moments—the warmth of your body will soften it and make it easier to work with. Then, using your ring finger, tap the concealer gently into the skin to blend. Avoid pulling or tugging the skin.

Apply foundation with the triangle cosmetic sponge. Gently dab a small amount of the foundation under eyes. Lightly rub the sponge over the rest of your face in an upward motion to blend.

Apply a light layer of power over the under eye area to keep concealer in place. Try adding a makeup primer to your daily makeup routine when you find power is not enough to keep your concealer application fresh all day long.
