How To Tone Your Sagging Cheeks
Loss of tone leads to eventual elongation of the facial muscles. You know that if you don’t exercise a muscle, that muscle loses its suppleness and tone, allowing the effects of aging to set it. Fortunately, your appearance can be improved with simple exercises, where all you need is to be consistent and make a daily routine.
This is a simple exercise, if you perform it every day, will tone the muscles of your cheeks and improve your appearance. For this, place your middle finger under eye and then press down on the area. Your cheeks are lifted as much as possible, as you strive to make a big smile. Stay in that position for 6 seconds, and repeat this exercise 10 times.
For the exercise of lower cheeks, placed your right thumb in your mouth, and move your thumb to the center of your left cheek. While doing the finger resistance, try to force against the teeth, with your cheek muscle. Do this for 6 seconds and repeat this exercise for 10 times, then switch sides.
Work the upper cheek
Try to touch the tip of your nose with your upper lip, while looking at a mirror. Stay in that position for 10 seconds and repeat it 10 times.
Fill the air in your cheeks. To prevent the air from escaping, close your mouth tightly. Move the air in your right cheek and count of 10 while holding. Move the air beneath your upper lip and repeat count of 10. Repeat this process for your left cheek. Do this exercise for five times.
