Saja al-Zoabi Wins Arab Women Organization Award

According to news Syrian scholar Saja al-Zoabi was awarded the award for best Arabic book on women for her work “The Role of Women in Home Economy.” By the Arab League-affiliated Arab Women Organization. The award was presented during a ceremony held recently in Oman. The book is composed of two parts.
Al-Zoabi said that she tackled this issue due to her concern with home economy which is relatively new in Syria, using several resources to write a reference point for those who wish to study home economy in Syria. The Arab Women Organization organizes a general sciences contest every three years to encourage research and studies related to the work conditions of women in the Arab world.
