Najiyah is another member who has joined us from Batroun, Lebanon. Najiyah is student of graduation. This Lebanon Girl writes in her email that she loves flowers and after coming back from college she spends most of her time in their flower garden which she has prepared with the help of her father. Najiyah says that flowers and plants are just like any relationships in your life; if you pay special attention, care and put efforts to them they will reward you handsomely, but if you ignore them they tend to die or do poorly. It is difficult to imagine a garden with only “greenery” around, and no colorful flowers! In fact, it would not really look like a garden at all–no beauty, no color, no fragrance! Thus, your garden can be made “complete” only with the help of flowers.
Najiyah more says that a flower garden is a place of creative beauty, relaxation, contemplation, rest and play. No matter how constrained you are about space, money or time, designing a flower garden can be done effectively and beautifully. Perhaps, planning and setting up your first flower garden may seem challenging, even a bit daunting, but once you see the result blossoming, the efforts will all be worth it. Wow! Najiyah your thoughts are really impressive. Cheers!!!

Widad Abia belongs to Lebanon. Widad is a hardworking and intelligent arab girl doing specialization in human resources. Widad tells that once you done specialization in human resources you can earn your dream job easily because human resources management schools prepare students for HR departments in large corporations that are responsible for developing and managing programs and policies, and for directing, coordinating, and managing company operations. Human Resources Management Schools also prepare students for supervising activities of employment, job analysis, position classifications, training and development, employee relations, as well as compensation, benefits, and pensions. She more tells that students might also be prepared for smaller companies with HR departments that expect human resources management to be limited to activities of employment and placement, hiring and separation, and supervision of workers.
Well Widad thank you so much for your contribution. Of course you are going on right way in your studies. We wish you best of luck about your career and future.

Ariana belongs to Lebanon. She has sent her photo from Norway. Ariana writes in her email that I am enjoying my holidays in Norway with my family. This photo was taken when we went Fru Inger seafood restaurant for dinner. Fru Inger seafood restaurant is very conveniently situated near the station looking out over the old harbour. With its original attractive wooden buildings built originally I assume for warehousing. The restaurant itself is modern and comfortable with plenty of windows to take advantage of the harbour. I did not realise how large wooden buildings can be and these are fascinating all built on stilts to allow for the tide to rise and fall. There are now marinas on both sides of the harbour and we enjoyed watching one boat having docking problems.
In the end Ariana says that I have visited USA and UK but I have never seen such beautiful places as I saw in Norway.
